Producer's profileThe Malenchini wine estate is in the heart of the Chianti Colli Fiorentini DOCG area and is owned by the Malenchini family since 1836.
The estate is 70 hectars around the Lilliano villa, shared in 17 hectars of vineyards and 42 hectars of olives trees. Both of them are turning into biologic cultivations . The main grapes are sangiovese, canaiolo, merlot, cabernet sauvignon.
The estate owns 12000 olive trees mainly frantoio, moraiolo, pendolino and leccino.
The harvest is done by hand and the olives are cold pressed within 24 hours.
